May Hip Kit MAIN KIT |
I had intended to do a lot of watercolor forgery on this one,
but as it turned out I had much of what I needed in my stash.
Let's open the Magic Blue Box & take a look at
First, here's a look at my papers:
Black polka dot Felicity Jane/Tuesday, multi geometric Basic Grey/Saturday Morning,
watercolor floral Felicity Jane/Chloe, pink floral Bella Blvd/Playdate, yellow stars Authentique/Utopia, navy floralWe R/Wildflower, multi polka dots Felicity Jane/
Note to Self, navy constellation Dear Lizzy/Serendipity.
Here's the full kit:
I think I hit most of the highlights from all of the kits: a stencil & some Prima shimmer for texture paste, puffy stickers, wood veneer wordfetti, frames, floral washi, Project Life cards, & sequins.
Here's a closer look:
I also gathered up some alphas to choose from.
This month my kit is a little leaner than usual, as I didn't try to include every item & paper.
I'm hoping to be able to kill my kit this month!
Okay, then - continue on through the hop for oodles of inspiring reveals from the DT.
And don't forget to check back in on the 4th for forgery ideas!
We'll be looking for YOUR kit reveal on the Linky :D

That's a slim kit???? It's a brilliant counterfeit and therefore pretty sturdy (and very stylish - no diet required!)
ReplyDeleteHa ha on the slim "for you" kit! It looks more like mine and should give you quite some pages. Of course, I'm instantly attracted to your constellation paper and elements I spotted (I hoarded as much of that as I could!) and your matching of the papers is almost identical! I shall miss your forgeries though this month. Really, a lovely kit and one that I know will produce many awe-inspiring pages :-)
ReplyDeleteLove it - that's a really good copy, and I'm totally coveting those navy papers!! Enjoy it!
ReplyDeleteYour kit is absolutely lovely this month!! I think I have several of those papers. ;) LOL
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful take on the kit! I love all of your papers!
ReplyDeleteYou've nailed it! Enjoy using this yummy kit :)
ReplyDeleteSuch a fabulous kit Leslie, I still think that blue box should be renamed "tardis"!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your "leaner" kit :)
What a great Kit. Love the constellation paper.

Beautiful kit and quite lean for you :) I hear you on trying to kill the kit I try that each month :) Maybe I'll take some inspiration for you and do a small kit next month :)
ReplyDeleteBingo! Your kit is very true to the original with the pretty pinks and navy. (I'm very inspired by your selection of the Hip Kits this month by the way.) I like that you add some Felicity Jane papers - I need to remember to do that next time. Looking forward to seeing you use that shimmer and texture paste!
ReplyDeleteOh! You had me at that floral paper! Brings me right back to Nantucket...and THAT makes me HAPPY! Your selections are spot on and so carefully chosen. Pure Happiness!
