I was totally unfamiliar with this scrap source and my interpretation is quite loose!
Let's take a look in the Magic Blue Box...
I liked the bright Pink Paislee "Confetti Wishes" (bottom left) flavor & upon closer inspection of that collection I latched onto paper #9 below as it reminds me of one in my stash that I love.
It wasn't even included in the inspiration kit but I was so happy to use it that I went rogue!

ReplyDeleteSounds like an adventure in itself.
First, I hunted & gathered! Then separated into bins my childhood, life before children, life with children, post-life with children (not sure if I even have any of those printed?!?) The ancestor box & trunk I inherited will have to wait. Now I am sorting chronologically within the categories into simple letter envelopes by year. Many of my own photos have info on them but my childhood photos rarely do, although some were dated by the developer. I am using my annual school photos to help in dating! Quite a process but it'z moving along. I can take a bin in the car so I'm making good progress!

ReplyDeleteI love how rogue you went! Inspiration is inspiration is inspiration and it all counts! Fabulous kit and I love that original paper too. Love your photo tips here above. I have all my photos sorted by date but I really ought to do more identifying the stories I want to tell - my process is a bit random!
