So glad you could make it to our monthly challenge hop for Counterfeit Kit Challenge blog!
You should have arrived here from our wonderful May Guest Designer Laura.
The challenges this month were:
Using my "As I Wish" main kit & my "Hit the Road" add-on kit (seen HERE) I have been working on a mini-book about our Spring Break vacation earlier this month. We had planned a camping trip to Georgia with a quick visit to Florida for oranges & the beach & a few days in the mountains of Tennessee.
As the saying goes, The best laid plans of mice & men...
A severe weather system set up while we were traveling to bring us flooding rains & the possibility of tornadoes for most of our time away. Our plans changed from tent camping to cabin camping, and our destination from Tennessee to Savannah, Georgia...
We did end up getting a quick look at Nashville, Tennessee on the way home.
Now hop your way on to Julene!
cool journal pages... sweet little umbrella and love the colourful little rain cloud and droplets!
ReplyDeleteWell.. That's sure weather related! Good job... Sweet little embellishments
ReplyDeleteIs that a veneer card with the cloud and raindrops! So cool. Looks like a great journal and I hope yo see more of it as you complete it. Which reminds me that I never shared my Christmas album on my blog....
ReplyDeleteLoved Nashville, a great place but never been to Savannah. A super page for your mini book :)
ReplyDeleteSuper cute way to document your travel
ReplyDeleteLove that veneer!
ReplyDeleteThanks for having me as Guest Designer this month!
Wonderful weather pages.A cool way to document your travels too.
ReplyDeleteI like that you recorded the original plans with the actual results. Sort of go with the flow and see where the road leads. We often take an unknown route to see where it leads. I guess that kind of works here, where most roads generally run north/south, or east/west, and you can drive for hours and hours and still be in our home province.
ReplyDeleteawesome pages
